My friend Evan recently took a trip back home to the US. He came back with a new bowling ball (he used to bowl in high school). He’s super charged to return to the sport, and he’s been inviting us the past two weeks to go bowling with him. I didn’t go last week, but I went last night. It was so much fun, and I even bowled the highest score among everyone (128)!
Here’s something funny. The woman behind the counter typed all our names into the electronic scoring system. Think you can tell she’s not a native English speaker? Look at how she spelled Lawrence, Hadas, Stan and Scott.
It's already a lot of fun calling Stan "stean."
(Like I should really talk, though. My Hebrew spelling is beyond dreadful.)
Anyway, it was a really fun night out. We had two lanes next to each other and bowled two games.
This says, "Bowling Tel Aviv."
